For the last 11 years, my wife and I have been vacationing along the coastal region from St. Augustine to Ormond Beach, Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed this area and had discussed possibly moving there for retirement. During August, 2010 we spent a week of vacation at Cinnamon Beach. We fell in love with the Palm Coast area. In November, 2010 we started researching for possible retirement sites in this area and came upon a realtor web site, Beach Bum Realty. We contacted the company and Therese Keys responded. In no time Therese had condos lined up for us to visit and in early December we made the trip. We live in middle Georgia and it is a 4.5-5 hour drive to Palm Coast. To avoid using a day of vacation to visit the condos, Therese met us on a Saturday to show the condo units. The condo unit we selected was a short sale. Therese handled everything for us. She stayed in tough via phone and e-mail on the progress of the purchase. The entire purchase was completed without our presence the last week of January, 2011. We could not ask for better service.
